How Do I Edit My Account Information?

You can edit your personal information by logging into your account and following the steps below. If you would like, you can also give us a call at (866) 727-4741 to have a representative edit your account information for you!

 

1. Login to your account at new.parishpay.com

2. Click the “Account Information” tab on the left hand side of the screen.

3. Under "Profile Information" you can edit your physical address, email address, name, or phone number.

4. Under “Username/Password” you can edit your username or password.

5. Make sure you click “Update Billing Information” or “Update Username/Password” after editing your information.
